Description
This quick reference guide provides information on how students guardian's can report student absences directly from their Skyward Family Access dashboard. (Note: This process is currently being piloted at specific school buildings and is not yet available corporation-wide)
Steps
- Click on the Attendance tile on your Skyward Dashboard
- On the Absence Requests tab, click on “Add Absence Request”
- Enter the appropriate information, then click on the “Save” option in the upper left.
- Submitted request will now show in the “Pending” tab until it is processed by the school’s office staff. Once processed, it will move to the “Processed” tab.
