Description
In this article you will find how to update the guardian phone/email and address for the students within your Skyward Family Access.
Note: Changes made here will apply to all students linked to your account, not just the selected student. These updates will also sync with ParentSquare and school alert notifications.
Steps
Updating Contact Information
- From the Home screen in Family Access, select the Student Profile tile.
- Locate Your Family Information and click Edit.
- Update your family contact details as needed.
Change of Address
- Login to Family Access.
- Click the
icon next to the
icon and select Family Access from the Home drop-down menu.
- Select the Change of Address tile.
CHANGES TO ADDRESS CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT 2-PROOFS OF RESIDENCE

Update fields with correct information.

Upload 2-Proof of Residence.

Select Save & Exit or Submit Form at the top of form
