Description
The online form is a process made up of steps to ensure the information the District has on file is accurate and up to date. A parent or guardian must complete the online form and attach 2-proof residence to change their address in the system.
Steps
- Login to Family Access.
- Click the
icon next to the
icon and select Family Access from the Home drop-down menu.
- Select the Change of Address tile.
CHANGES TO ADDRESS CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT 2-PROOFS OF RESIDENCE
- Update fields with correct information.
- Upload 2-Proof of Residence.
- Select Save & Exit or Submit Form at the top of form
