This article explains how to update emergency contacts within Family Access.
Limited to 5 Emergency Contacts per student
Steps
- Log into Family Access.
- Select View All in the top header, if you have more than one student
- Click on the Update Emergency Contacts tile located under student’s name
- Update, Add, or Remove emergency contacts. You can also Reorder emergency contacts.
- If the Emergency Contact is “grayed out”, you can delete and re-add. If you continue to have issues, please contact the school’s enrollment secretary for assistance.
- Once completed, Submit Form at the top of document. If you are not finished, Save & Exit. This will allow you to come back and continue to edit at a later time prior to submitting the form.
- Emergency Contact must be updated for each student you have enrolled in MCCSC. Emergency Contacts are not always the same for other siblings.
