Problem
Parent has forgotten the password for Family Access.
Solution
Make sure that the Login Area has "All Areas" selected (as pictured below).
Confirm the correct username.
Click Forgot your Login/Password? specifically using email address.
Problem
Parent has student who is returning to MCCSC after being withdrawn for longer than a semester and cannot log into their Skyward Family Access account.
Solution
Family Access is not accessible for families unless they have at least one active student. Therefore, the parent must request an account using the steps below to begin the enrollment process. Family Access will be restored once the application is processed at the school level.
However, if the family remembers the password, they may be to access their account to create a new enrollment by changing the log-in area to "All Areas" or "Enrollment for New Students". However, the system will not let them log in if the "Family/Student Access" area is selected, EVEN if the password is correct if the parent has no active students in the corporation. Or the parent could create a new account (steps are detailed below).
Steps to Request Account
- Visit the Enrollment site and request a new account. Click Account Request.
- Fill out the page and follow the instructions.
- Click "I don't have an email" checkbox.
- Create a username and enter phone number.
- Press the Click here to Submit Request button. (Example is pictured below.)
- A pop-up will appear as pictured below that contains the link to enroll along with username and password to use. You will want to keep track of that information.
- Navigate to https://skystu.mccsc.edu/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/seplog01.w and log in with the username and password you receive after completing the steps above.
- Once the school processes the application and selects the guardian(s), the Family Access account should link up with the existing one.
