Description
Microsoft Teams is a communication tool that provides features such as virtual meeting, sharing recordings, file management, etc. This program should be installed on everyone's device within the district. However, if you are unable to find it following the instructions below, Teams can be downloaded from the App Portal. Where is Teams?
Windows
If you are having trouble finding Teams on your desktop Windows computer you can click in the Search area next to the Windows menu and type Teams.
You can pin it to the taskbar by right clicking on Teams in the menu as pictured below.
Browser
You may also be able to find Teams within a web browser when logged in to SharePoint or Outlook Web Access. In the upper left corner there should be a grid and when clicked it will provide a list of Microsoft products, including Teams.
MacBook
Click on Finder.
Click on Applications.
Type Teams in the Search Bar.
