This article provides some tips for troubleshooting issues with the Teams app on the student iPad.
If students experience difficulty with the Teams app, clearing the app's cache and data might help.
Additionally, Teams has its own Local Network permission setting. To be sure Teams has access to your home WiFi (Local Network), please do the following:
- Go to Settings on the iPad.
- On the left side, scroll down until you locate Teams in the list of apps and click it.
- Under ALLOW TEAMS TO ACCESS, be sure Local Network is toggled on. You can make sure the other features are toggled on too.
