This article provides information regarding online registration for returning/existing MCCSC students.
Log in to Skyward Family Access by clicking here. Use the forgot password link if you have forgotten your login credentials. A reset will be sent to the email address on file with the school.
On the left sidebar, find the link for “Online Registration” and select the student you wish to register. Note: Online registration is only an option for guardians listed in the Family 1 section of a student file. If you have questions about this portion of the student record, please contact your school office.
Be sure to select the form(s) for the correct year. For example: 2022-23 = 2023 Forms; 2023-24 = 2024 Forms
Begin Online Registration navigating through the forms on the right sidebar. If you wish to exit a required form and receive an error asking you to complete it, simply click the original online registration tab on the left to return to your start screen. Progress is saved and noted by a green check box at the completion of each form. Be sure to select “Online Registration” if you are registering a returning MCCSC student and not a new one.
Form 1 - Update Student Information
Update Student Information – Verify and update your student’s information. Some information like address is required to be changed on the option Form 4 and 5 as documentation is required for these changes. The following is a screenshot of one of the update forms.
Form 2 - IDOE Annual Forms
The second form set is a collection of the Indiana Department of Education required Annual Forms. Be sure to review and complete each section with required fields in order to move on to step 3.
Forms 3 - MCCSC Annual Forms
These forms are a compilation of required annual forms for MCCSC enrolled students.
Form 4 - EMA
This form is the required Emergency Medical Authorization form that must be updated annually.
Attachments are applicable for students enrolling or changing/updating core demographic information. The description of this information is included on the attachment page. If no attachments are needed, click Complete Step 5.
Complete online registration. This step serves as your digital signature and verification of accuracy on the submitted forms. That’s it! You are registered!
If you are not able to submit, check to make sure all the steps on the right have a green checkmark next to them.
