Log-In Instructions for New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE)

This article contains a guide for parents on how to fill out New Student Online Enrollment. 

Explanation/Steps

• Go to the MCCSC home page.
• Click on
• Locate and click on

Enrolling a New Student

Step 1 - Account Request

• Complete this form to create your login information.

Step 2 - Select New Student and Login

• Login using your account information you created in step 1 above.

 

Registering a Current Student

Step 1 - Select Current Student and Login

• Login using your Skyward Family Access account information.

Troubleshooting

• If a student is withdrawn longer than a semester or if enrolling multiple new students at the same time, a new student enrollment must be filled out using these steps: 

Creating Account without an Email Address

• Enter first/last name, check the box "I don't have an email", add your login ID twice and then click to submit.

       

• Click Ok. A screen will pop-up with your Login ID and password. Please keep the login information secure.

         

• Clicking on the okay, will bring up the New Student Online Enrollment login area.  Login using the Login ID/password that you created.

         

Creating Account with an Email Address

• If you don’t respond quickly you will be asked to do the verification again before you can continue.

       

Below is an example of the email received after registering with a valid email address.

Subject: Complete Student Enrollment To: [e-mail] 

Dear Jolly Rancher,     

Thank you for the request to enroll your student.  You must now log into the system to complete the enrollment.

Please note - you must complete this last step to complete the enrollment.     

To complete the enrollment, please visit this url:
